FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
We like to keep things as simple as possible for our customers, and strive to make shipping as effective and reasonable as possible, so you and your new Smoothbag™ can be brought together as quickly and easily as possible.
When you place your order it will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and delivered within 4-6 days from then, often even sooner than that:)
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system, and billed your credit card for the purchase. We will ship your order out within 1-2 business days after receiving the order, and we will automatically email you your tracking number with a link to its location all along the way, so you know exactly where your new SmoothBag package is before it arrives at your doorstep!
If your product does not function or arrives broken, we will gladly issue a refund after having inspected your returned item.
How to Return Items
In order to return items please contact email@example.com and provide our friendly support team with the following info:
- The order number
- The style of your Smoothbag™ product
- The quantity of products to return or exchange
- The reason for your return or exchange
- If possible, a photo of any damage that might have come to your Smoothbag™ item
The SmoothBag Support Team will ensure your refund and return get processed quickly and with ease by sending you clear instructions.
Once your return is received we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days. You will be responsible for shipping your returned item to Smoothbag™
